CIRE TRUDON: FROM FRENCH HERITAGE TO THE ART OF LIVING

The finishing touch of an ideal living space

In a luxury world where lighting, music, textures and fragrance work together to shape an inspiring atmosphere. While the interior reveals aesthetic sensibilities through visual details, fragrance creates a more subtle impression that can evoke emotions and linger in the memory.

For interior designer Quách Thái Công, scent is an experience that extends beyond the visual. It both arouses feelings  and  reflects the individuality of its owner. This is why scented candles have become a sophisticated element in the art of completing a living space.

Cire Trudon through Thái Công’s aesthetic lens

A designer who has a deep appreciation for heritage and furniture historic stories. Every piece he brings to his world is therefore selected with great care, showing his discerning approach to design and living.

Founded in 1643, Cire Trudon is one of France’s oldest candle makers. Drawing on centuries of artisanal expertise, the maison has developed fragrances and supplied candles to the French royal court, as well as to the imperial family under Napoléon. Over the centuries, Cire Trudon has preserved its traditional candle-making expertise while continuing to create designs suited to contemporary living. Beyond their fragrances, the candles themselves are objects of beauty. Their glass vessels can serve as decorative accents on a coffee table, bookshelf or console, making them an appealing choice for those who value quality, heritage and aesthetics in every detail.

Each Cire Trudon candle reveals a different atmosphere, from quite warmth to the refreshing character of nature.

The Classic Candle Altaïr is a combination of peony and rose with the bold of agarwood, and a textured leather-suede base. The contrast between delicate florals and the depth of wood creates a discreetly luxurious character, well suited to classic and elegant interiors with Eastern influences.

The Classic Candle Ernesto unfolds the warmth and rich notes of tobacco and leather, brightened by bergamot and grapefruit, then complemented by rum and clove. Its bold and layered attribute lends itself to interiors that embrace a strong aesthetic with deep distinction.

The Classic Candle Nazareth evokes the comforting aromas of festive pastries, blending bitter orange, cinnamon, cardamon and bourbon vanilla. The interplay of warming spices and inviting sweetness makes it particularly suited to living and dining areas, where shared moments unfold naturally.

The Classic Candle Figuerie captures the distinctive green notes of fig leaves, recalling the royal gardens of Versailles during the reign of Louis XIV, where fig trees were cultivated in dedicated gardens at the King’s behest. Warm sandalwood and tasuki patchouli lend depth to the fragrance, making it a fitting complement to royal, elegant interiors.

Elevating everyday living with French fragrance

The appeal of Cire Trudon extends beyond its fragrances to the centuries-old craftsmanship and heritage behind each creation. A delicate scent and the soft glow of candlelight can bring warmth and intimacy to everyday moments that express a quiet luxury ambiance.

Discover Cire Trudon at the Thái Công showroom, where each selected piece reflects a thoughtful approach to living. More than a visual composition, a distinctive interior is an experience shaped by atmosphere, emotion and the details that make a space feel truly personal.
